🛍️ Return Process
Thank you for shopping with Aroma Blends Apothecary. We appreciate your business, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to assist you.
Returns
📦 Eligibility for Return: Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
❌ Non-returnable Items: Some items, such as personal care products (soaps, bath soaks, body butters, etc.), cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please check the product description for specific return eligibility.
🔄 Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at aromablends05@yahoo.com. You will be provided with return instructions and a return authorization.
📬 Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt.
Refunds
💳 Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
⏳ Processing Time: Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
⚖️ Partial Refunds: In some cases, such as when items are returned opened or damaged, partial refunds may be granted.
Exchanges
💥 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
🔁 Exchanges for Other Products: If you wish to exchange your product for a different scent or variety, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you would like.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
🚨 Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
📸 Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and any relevant details.
📝 We will assist with filing a claim with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
